I haven’t posted in a couple days, and that isn’t like me, I know. I try to keep things regular around here. My wife and I are getting ready for the arrival of our second child. William Ethan Udell will arrive here sometime tomorrow, hopefully. We are going into the hospital at 8AM CDT tomorrow morning where Renee will be induced. Wish us luck.
Of course, after he’s here, I’ll post photos, and hopefully get back to posting on Flex and some heavyweight actionscript projects I have going on, after taking a much needed rest.
Thanks everyone for your prayers and support!
The year 2007 is sure to be a great year for me and my family. We have some really awesome things about to happen. Some very exciting landmarks and life changing events.
It seems in the time since I have graduated from school things have accelerated, though I don’t feel as overwhelmed with life changes as I used to. I guess I was too self absorbed or over analytical. Maybe I’m getting mellower, I don’t know. Had things like this magnitiude even happened to me several years ago, I probably would have flipped out.
So what exactly am I looking forward to?
So, four main things… no big top ten or anything, but some really great stuff. I really am hopeful all of things go smoothly and will be very thankful with the passing of each and every one of them.
So, I promise this blog will not degenerate into me gushing about my kid. (Soon to be kids after Liam gets here in March.)

But, I did spend the last couple of weekends working pretty dilligently on my daughter’s new room. My Dad helped paint, too. I think it turned out really well. Mommy did the decorating. Here’s a little taste of the room and what it’s occupant thinks…
What do you think? Check it out.
