		<description>Absolutely, deliverables and deadlines are more important. I guess I wasn&#039;t really even looking at it from a pure compensation standpoint. More along the lines of do clients care? Do large agencies tend to have more certified personnel than small? Does it assist with lead generation? etc etc.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve never taken the Flash certification but I&#039;d say employers care about deliverables and making deadlines more than a test score. Those are the things that get you compensation.</description>
